FAST TURN HOUSES OR "FLIPPING"

The strategy of fast turning or “Flipping” houses has been around for a very long time.  However, with the advent of “un”reality shows and the proliferation of information on the topic on the internet there is much misinformation.  This chapter will address how to be successful in this arena (and it will be unlike what you watch on television)
